Warranty

Every part we sell comes with a 1-year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship, starting on the date of delivery.

What is covered

A part that fails because of a defect, when it was the right part for the unit and was installed correctly.

What is not covered

• Damage from wrong wiring, power surges, lightning or water.
• A part used on a unit it does not match.
• Labor, service calls, or other parts.
• Normal wear on filters.

How to make a claim

Email support@hvacfitter.com with your order number, the part, and a short note about what happened. A photo helps. If the claim is approved, we send a replacement or refund the part price.

Safety

Work on electrical and gas parts carries risk. If you are not sure how to do a repair safely, hire a licensed HVAC technician.
