Return policy

Ordered the wrong part? You can return unused parts within 30 days of delivery.

What can be returned

• Parts that are unused, not installed and not wired in.
• In the original packaging, with all pieces.

What can not be returned

• Electrical parts that were installed or wired in, unless they are defective. Defective parts are covered by our warranty.
• Air filters that were used.

How to return a part

1. Email support@hvacfitter.com with your order number and the part you want to return.
2. We reply with the return address and steps.
3. Ship the part back with tracking.

Refunds

We refund the price of the returned part to your original payment method once we receive it. Most banks show the refund in 5 to 10 business days. Original shipping is not refunded unless the part was defective or we sent the wrong part. If we made the mistake, we cover the return shipping.
