Terms of sale

These terms apply when you buy from hvacfitter.com. The seller is WellTracked, which operates HVAC Fitter. By placing an order you agree to these terms. Last updated October 6, 2026.

Orders and prices

Prices are in US dollars. Sales tax is added at checkout where it applies. We may cancel an order and refund it in full if a price or listing was wrong, or if a part is no longer available.

Compatible parts

We sell universal and compatible replacement parts. Brand names and model numbers on this site are used only to show which units a part fits. HVAC Fitter is not affiliated with, authorized by, or endorsed by any equipment maker. Fit information comes from part specs and supplier data. Always compare the specs with your old part before you install.

Your responsibility

HVAC equipment uses high voltage, and furnaces use gas. You are responsible for installing parts safely and following local codes. If you are not sure, hire a licensed HVAC technician. We do not sell refrigerant, and refrigerant work requires an EPA Section 608 certified technician.

Limits

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim about a part is limited to the price you paid for that part. We are not liable for indirect damages, such as labor costs or damage from wrong installation.
